Mixit.ca reserve the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms and conditions at any time. Please check these terms and conditions periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these terms and conditions will mean you accept those changes.


Delivery and Returns

Our goal is to ship all orders within 2 business days plus standard Canada Post shipping time, but peak periods might require a few more days.

Free shipping on orders of 6 tubes or more in Canada (excluding remote locations).

Orders below 6 tubes are subject to a $4.99+tax shipping fee in Quebec and Ontario and $9.99 +tax in the rest of Canada (excluding remote locations).


We accept returns of unopened products up to 14 days after the date of purchase in case of problem or error with the order. Opened or used products cannot be covered within our return guidelines.

If you would like to make a return request, please email info@mixit.ca with your order number, the item(s) that you would like to return, and the reason for the return. We will contact you within 24 hours with the next steps.


You expressly agree that use of the site is at your sole risk. The site, the services and the information or materials herein are provided on an "as is, as available" basis. Mixit.ca makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to the site, its contents (including without limit product descriptions and prices) or the services.
